Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire condo unit except for the owner's closet. You also have access to the resort amenities, such as the swimming pool and workout gym. There is also direct beach access.

Good to know

The condo has been thoroughly updated and includes new flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances and furniture. You will enjoy the luxurious, subtle coastal vibe with a nod to baseball. Our family's love of baseball inspired a dream to start our non-profit - Baseball Libre. The baseball mural in the main living is intended to spark conversations about the non-profit and bring awareness to our cause which provides equipment and resources to little leagues in Latin America - Havana being the first of many future locations. Every stay at Bartholomew's Bullpen directly funds the mission of Baseball Libre. LIVING - You will find the pull-out queen sofa along with two sitting chairs making it comfortable for you to either enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico or a bit of TV. The custom mural completes the space. Motorized woven shades are powered by Alexa. KITCHEN - Brand new kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances and SMEG small appliances complete this space so you can prepare those fabulous meals. A juicer, blender, coffee maker and coffee grinder along with a milk-shake maker are all included along with all the necessary pots, pans, silverware and dishes you will need! Kitchen bar can seat 4. DINING - Dining table is custom-made in America and is located between the Kitchen and Living area. Seating for 7 comfortably, but the kitchen stools can also be gathered round. PRIMARY BEDROOM - A kick-ass canopy, king-size bed, BOSE soundbar, ROKU TV, direct access to the balcony, large closet, and en-suite make this a space you will never want to leave. Blackout roller shades powered by Alexa will also help you sleep in on vacation if you so desire - or you can open them from bed and enjoy the view! SECOND BEDROOM - Boasting a cozy, queen size bed with retro lamps and local decor. You will also have a flat-panel smart tv where you can login to your favorite streaming services. KIDS BEDROOM - This bedroom has a custom-built, swanky 3-person bunk bed with outlets and USB chargers built in for all the young people's charging needs. BEDDIES are on all the bunk beds and parents (and kids) will love them! The kids will also enjoy a flat-panel smart TV. *Need more space? This unit can now be booked with our other Navarre Beach Luxury Rentals condo located just steps away in the Regency Condo Complex. Sister's Chalet is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that sleeps 8 bringing your total to 17 people with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms plus sleeper sofas in each unit. ** Guests must be at least 25 to book.

Great Beach Condo with Phenomenal View! Condo was furnished with all the little extras like beach towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent & more! We appreciated all the little extras! Very cute and roomy on the inside! No complaints!

We loved this condo! It was so clean and spacious, and the views were breathtaking! The location was perfect for our family! I've never mentioned decor in a review but the person who decorated this condo deserves kudos. The interior design, decor, and top quality amenities, were all so well thought out and very impressive. I was nervous about my kids being on the 15th floor but we all felt safe! Can't wait to go back!

It was a beautiful space and very relaxing after a long week at Disney. The resort it is located inside was also wonderful and the beach chair rental made things so easy. We came with three children and being right on the beach made it so easy. There is also a gift shop located in the resort that serves snow cones which they loved! The space has little books and cute games for the kids. They really enjoyed the bunk beds. We have definitely decided to make it a routine vacation spot of ours. Can’t wait for our next visit !

We absolutely love Navarre and tried Eric’s place for the first time this year… We will definitely book again! We love the wrap around balcony and views of the sound side plus the gulf. Another plus was how comfy the beds were!! We loved this place.

We loved that parking was outside instead of a garage since we have a large truck. The location was perfect, right by the pier and restaurants. We also loved the pier and lifeguard right where the beach is, it made us feel safe since we have kids. The condo view was perfect. Very clean, the lights with Bluetooth in the bathrooms was very cool. Eric and his team answered all questions right away.

“We had such a wonderful weekend! Our stay may have been short, but it was absolutely perfect. The condo was exactly as pictured — spotless, beautifully kept, and the beachfront view was breathtaking! It was so peaceful and relaxing. My kids had a blast with the bunk beds and loved all the board games. We truly didn’t want to leave and wish we could have stayed even longer!”

The Bullpen was an amazingly beautiful stay!!! Prior to arriving, I asked several question……the hosts always responded in less than an hour!! We had a few issues while we stayed, but the hosts were ALWAYS on top of it. Bridget even stopped by to help us out with one of our inquiries. The pier next to the Summerwinds was a great selling point. The pools and hot tubs were perfectly sized, and the beach service was great! The area was wonderful. Destin and Pensacola were about the same distance East and West, and each offered great restaurants and activities. Our favorite was the Slippery Mermaid. It’s a restaurant 2 miles away, offering outstanding sushi 🤤 The only complaint was that there was no cheese grader. We ate in most nights, and needed it for our meals, to grade the block cheese. We go someplace different every year, BUT, if we didn’t, we’d scoop this rental up again, in a heartbeat. Thanks Eric, Bridget, and Suzanne.

Eric and the host team were amazing. I booked this place for my wife’s birthday and they offered to have wine, snacks, balloons, or a cake there ready for us. They were in constant communication (in a good way) and I felt very confident reaching out if I needed anything. The place was beautiful and gave my wife and I need relaxation to recharge that we were looking for. The high rise gave us great views of the ocean and we saw dolphins each day we looked. The kitchen appliances were flawless and made the stay seamless. We only needed 1 of the 3 bedrooms but they were all fantastic. I will definitely look for this booking next time we want a nice weekend beachfront getaway.

Bartholomew’s Bullpen was perfect for our family! Navarre is a wonderful location combined with this space made for a fabulous vacation. Everything was clean and beautifully designed in conjunction with modern touches throughout. Hope to make it back someday!
