LIVING - You will find the pull-out queen sofa along with two sitting chairs making it comfortable for you to either enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico or a bit of TV. KITCHEN - Brand new kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances and SMEG small appliances complete this space so you can prepare those fabulous meals. A juicer, blender, coffee maker and coffee grinder along with a milk-shake maker are all included along with all the necessary pots, pans, silverware and dishes you will need! Kitchen bar can seat 4. DINING - Dining table is custom-made in America and is located between the Kitchen and Living area. Seating for 7 comfortably, but the kitchen stools can also be gathered round. PRIMARY BEDROOM - A kick-ass canopy, king-size bed, BOSE soundbar, ROKU TV, direct access to the balcony, large closet, and en-suite make this a space you will never want to leave. Blackout roller shades powered by Alexa will also help you sleep in on vacation if you so desire - or you can open them from bed and enjoy the view! SECOND BEDROOM - Boasting a cozy, queen size bed with retro lamps and local decor. You will also have a flat-panel smart tv where you can login to your favorite streaming services. KIDS BEDROOM - This bedroom has a custom-built, swanky 3-person bunk bed with outlets and USB chargers built in for all the young people's charging needs.
